A booking voucher will be sent to the registered email address after successful online booking.

The booking voucher must be produced to avail services. Failure may result in service denial without refund.

Producing the voucher implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Distances are calculated from the vendor’s garage. Parking, tolls, hill charges (?500 extra), taxes and entry fees are payable by the customer.

Air conditioning will not operate on hilly routes or when the vehicle is stationary.

Discounts apply only to base fare. Cashback (if applicable) is credited within 15 days.

Waiting charges apply after 15 minutes. Extra distance or hours incur additional charges.

Total liability shall not exceed the booking amount. All disputes fall under Aurangabad, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
